You will be creating a large daily calorie deficit, by eating mainly lean protein.
You are eating only enough lean protein to maintain your muscle without losing any mass.
You are eating green veggies for fiber and to fill your stomach a bit.
You will only eat three times per day.
Meals will be around 300-400 calories and will be things like a chicken breast salad -or- homemade soup with chicken.
The only required supplement is a good multivitamin.
This way of eating is done two weeks on and one week off for some people and 3-4 weeks on and one week off for others.
