This Brutal Back Injury Kept Me Immobile for 3 Months!


I actually injured my back 15 years earlier, so the "dunk practice" just brought back a pre-existing condition.

It was painful..I was barely able to walk for three months. From October of that year, until early January the pain was so bad I could only stand up for 10-15 minutes at a time.

Fast Forward to December...


A friend called me up and asked if I wanted to rent a beach villa in Mexico with four other friends. Of course I did!


I prided myself on staying in great shape, but I could barely walk let alone run and workout. Also...I had put on about 15 pounds of flab.


I was 36 years old and had been working out consistently since the age of 18 at this point. I just couldn't stand the thought of being on a tropical beach looking like a typical overweight American.
